The prize

First prize

There will be one first prize winner.
The prize is a voucher for The Foxy Hen to value of €110 or £100.
The Foxy Hen voucher will be valid for bookings of 10+ people, at a minimum value of €100/£100 per person, travelling before the end of 2022. The prize is non-refundable and not exchangeable.

Free gift

Competition entrants can Direct Message The Foxy Hen’s Instagram profile and request to receive a free gift of bridal party proposal cards. Each pack contains 20 cards in a different design. The cards can be used to invite includes:

Bridesmaid
Flower Girl

The pack also includes a Thank You, Thinking Of You and and Thank You For Your Support cards.

To print, select the design and card you want in the documents, and:

print at home on A5 size medium to heavy weighted paper,
print on A4 paper but make sure to select 2 pages per sheet in the layout option,
use an online print service like Vista Print (make sure you select A5 size),
or go into a shop (when safe to do so) and get it printed in person.

The draw

This prize draw is open to any person who follows The Foxy Hen Instagram account, likes the competition post and tags a friend in the competition post, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
Entries must be received by 11.59pm on Sunday 6th June 2021.
The prize draw will take place on within 7 days of the competition closing. One winner will be randomly selected.

To enter

To enter the prize draw, entrants must:

Follow The Foxy Hen Instagram account.
Like the competition post and tag a friend in a comment on the by post before 11.59pm on Sunday 6th June 2021.
Each comment tagging a friend counts as a single entry into the competition.
You must be a resident of Ireland or the UK.

One winner will be chosen and will receive a voucher for The Foxy Hen to the value of €110 or £100, depending where they are resident.

The winners

Once the winner has been announced via The Foxy Hen Instagram account, the winner will have 7 days to contact The Foxy Hen (for example, via Direct Message or by emailing team@thefoxyhen.com) in order to: (a) confirm they wish to accept the prize, and (b) provide the complete information requested – the Promoter shall have absolute discretion in determining whether evidence of identity is adequate. Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit.
By accepting the prize package, the winners agree to adhere to the prize draw terms and conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
No person may win more than one prize during the promotion.
There is no cash or other alternative prize exchangeable for any of the prizes in whole or in part. In the unlikely event that a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may at its sole discretion substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control including if the event is cancelled, the prizes will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.
Sale or exchange of any part of the prize package is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell or exchange any part of the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.
By entering the promotion and accepting the prize, the winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion and to the Promoter using their names and approximate geographic location for promotional purposes and to publish this information in a list of winners.
Any winner who does not give correct details when contacted by the Promoter to arrange fulfilment of their prize, or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

All personal data will only be held for the purpose of fulfilling this promotion and promotions involving the winners in accordance with these terms, and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without prior consent of the relevant entrant(s) and/or winner(s).

Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice at its absolute discretion.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
It is the winners’ responsibility to comply (at their own expense) with any laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost relating to the award of any prize, and the Promoter shall have no responsibility in respect thereof.
Entrants agree that this prize draw is governed by Irish law, and that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
