The prize

First prize

There will be one first prize winner.
The prize is a €50 One4All voucher and a €50 voucher for The Foxy Hen.
The Foxy Hen voucher will be valid for bookings of 10+ people, at a minimum value of €100 per person, travelling within 18 months of competition winner announcement. The prize is non-refundable and not exchangeable.

Runners up

There will be two runner up winners.
The runner up prize is a €20 voucher for The Foxy Hen.
The Foxy Hen voucher will be valid for bookings of 10+ people, at a minimum value of €100 per person, travelling within 18 months of competition winner announcement. The prize is non-refundable and not exchangeable.

The draw

This prize draw is open to all The Foxy Hen customers that leave a review on our Google profile during the competition dates, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
Entries must be received by 11.59pm on New Years Eve.
The prize draw will take place on within 7 days of the competition closing. One winner will be randomly selected.
The Google account name used to submit the Google Review will be used for the draw.

To enter

To enter the prize draw, entrants must:

Have been a member of a booking made through The Foxy Hen (it’s ok if it has been cancelled or postponed).
Leave a review on The Foxy Hen Google profile before 11.59pm on New Years Eve.
If you have already left a review, please email team@thefoxyhen.com to let us know and enter the competition.
You must be a resident of Ireland or the UK.

Only one entry per person is permitted in the prize draw. If an entrant uses multiple accounts to enter multiple times, then that entrant will be disqualified from the prize draw and any prize awarded to them will be void.

The winners

Once the winners have been announced via email, the winner will have 7 days to contact The Foxy Hen (for example, via team@thefoxyhen.com) in order to: (a) confirm they wish to accept the prize, and (b) provide the complete information requested – the Promoter shall have absolute discretion in determining whether evidence of identity is adequate. Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit.
By accepting the prize package, the winners agree to adhere to the prize draw terms and conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
No person may win more than one prize during the promotion.
There is no cash or other alternative prize exchangeable for any of the prizes in whole or in part. In the unlikely event that a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may at its sole discretion substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control including if the event is cancelled, the prizes will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.
Sale or exchange of any part of the prize package is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell or exchange any part of the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.
By entering the promotion and accepting the prize, the winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion and to the Promoter using their names and approximate geographic location for promotional purposes and to publish this information in a list of winners.
Any winner who does not give correct details when contacted by the Promoter to arrange fulfilment of their prize, or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

Privacy

All personal data will only be held for the purpose of fulfilling this promotion and promotions involving the winners in accordance with these terms, and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without prior consent of the relevant entrant(s) and/or winner(s).

Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice at its absolute discretion.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
It is the winners’ responsibility to comply (at their own expense) with any laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost relating to the award of any prize, and the Promoter shall have no responsibility in respect thereof.
Entrants agree that this prize draw is governed by Irish law, and that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
