There is nothing about the hen party that should be stressful for the bride-to-be…and she definitely shouldn’t have to pay for her spot on this girls weekend to end all others.
Don’t take on the burden yourself – split the cost of the bride’s spot on the trip between all the girls who pay to go. It’s the fair way to do it and makes sure no one has to shell out too much dough.
If too much is paid towards the hen’s cost, well refund the extra to the organiser (which could go towards drinks, transport, kitty etc). If too little is paid, well ask the organiser to pay the shortfall.
Note: There is a €1 / £1 per person admin fee for using this option.
An example of the math would be: Package costs €90/pp + €10/pp to contribute to the hen, so each girl pays €100. Once 10 girls have paid and the €1/pp admin fee processed, the hen’s €90 package will be covered.
