Dodgeball in Marbella is the ultimate hen party activity if you fancy letting off some steam, having a laugh and seeing whos got the quickest reactions after last nights cocktails!
For one whole hour, youll be diving, dodging, throwing foam balls and generally causing chaos, looking gorgeous in brightly coloured bibs and headbands.
Dont worry about bringing anything with you because all the gear is included and youll have a dedicated event coordinator to keep things running smoothly and explain the rules before your game.
Your group will be split into two teams, then its straight into the action with a mix of classic dodgeball and cheeky twists such as Wrong Arm Dodgeball, Protect the Hen and the infamous Gauntlet Run.
You can expect lots of laughter as you dodge and some very questionable throwing techniques. Dodgeball might be one of those activities where the competitive streaks come out, but its all about fun and banter with the girls rather than serious sport.
By the end of your hour, youll be out of breath, in stitches from laughing and deciding which team owes the first round back at the bar.
